- Manage reservations, memberships, and club activities
- Process payments and send booking confirmations
- Personalize your experience on the website and mobile app
- Send service updates and, where permitted, promotional communications

The City does not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it:
- With Lakeview Golf Course staff for membership and booking coordination
- With trusted service providers who assist in operating the Services (such as hosting and payment processing vendors)

Please note: under the Idaho Public Records Act, documents and information submitted to the City are generally considered public records and may be subject to disclosure upon request.

The City makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or fitness for any particular purpose of information accessed through the Services. Use of, or reliance upon, the Services is at your sole risk. The City is not liable for any damage, loss, or injury arising from use of the Services, including losses caused by delays, errors, omissions, or third-party content.

All users of the Services must comply with this Policy and all applicable federal, state, and local laws. The following content is prohibited and subject to removal:
- Content that violates City policy, these Terms, or applicable law
- Profane, obscene, violent, or pornographic content
- Content that discriminates based on race, creed, color, age, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or national origin
- Defamatory statements or personal attacks
- Threats against any person or organization
- Encouragement of illegal activity

The City’s primary designated agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(2)) is the Meridian City Attorney, DMCA-1027661, registered at http://www.copyright.gov.
14. User-Generated Content
Any content posted by users reflects the opinion of the individual poster only and does not imply endorsement by or agreement of the City. The City encourages open, civil dialogue and reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms.
15. Enforcement
The City may report violations of these Terms and may take administrative, civil, or criminal action to enforce them or any applicable law.
